BASIC PLAN $99.00/month

Includes “walk-in” use of the common areas and a shared desk OR scheduled use of conference room or private office [subject to availability, advance scheduling required] during business hours [9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday, excluding Major Holidays] not to exceed 2 hours total per week.

BUSINESS CASUAL CONFERENCE PLAN $199.00/month

Includes scheduled use of conference room or private office subject to availability, advance scheduling required] during business hours not to exceed 5 hours total per week with no common area usage during business hours for one month [9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday excluding Major Holidays].

BUSINESS CASUAL COWORKING PLAN  $249.00/month

Includes unlimited use of the common areas during business hours for one month [9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday excluding Major Holidays]; and scheduled use of conference room or private office during business hours not to exceed 2 hours total per week [subject to availability, advance scheduling required].

COURT REPORTING PLAN $249.00/month

Includes scheduled use of conference room or private office during business hours up to 25 hours total per month [advance scheduling required].

BANKER’S HOURS PLAN  $299.00/month

Includes unlimited use of the common areas and use of a “dedicated” desk in the common area during business hours for one month [9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday excluding Major Holidays]; and scheduled use of conference room or private office during business day not to exceed 2 hours total per week [subject to availability, advance scheduling required].

ALL ACCESS PLAN  $349.00/month

Includes unlimited use of the common areas and use of a “dedicated” desk in the common area 24/7; and scheduled use of conference room or private office not to exceed 2 hours total per week [subject to availability, advance scheduling required].

A la Carte & Add Ons

CO-WORKING DAY PASS $25.00

Includes full day access [9:00 am – 5:00 pm] to shared work area.

CONFERENCE ROOM USE [non-members] $20/hour, [members] $10/hour

FULL DAY CONFERENCE ROOM RENTAL $120 [non-members]

PRINT/COPY/FAX $1.oo first page .15/additional pages

NOTARY $10.00 [non-members]

All Plans include access to facility during business hours –9:00 am – 5:00 pm, free wi-fi, coffee and water amenities, access to printer/copier/scanner/fax [additional charges may apply].  

All parts of the facility are on a first come/first serve basis [excluding dedicated desks under certain plans].

All plans, excluding Day Passes and hourly users, have use of Physical/Mailing Address & Online Directory Listing.
