Spring Wine Walk
Riverfront Shops of Daytona Beach
As the weather warms up and the spring break crowds start to dissipate, the Spring Wine Walk is a fantastic way to spend a beautiful spring Saturday afternoon in Downtown Daytona Beach. Hosted on April 29th from 1 PM to 5 PM at the Riverfront Shops, attendees can stroll through unique shops and restaurants, enjoying live music and fine red and white wines from participating merchants. 10th Annual Beach Bike Bar Crawl
Ocean Deck
The 10th Annual Beach Bike Bar Crawl is a perfect opportunity to get out for a great cause. The event aims to raise funds for the local Veteran’s Support Fund while allowing participants to explore Daytona Beach’s beach bars. Registration starts at 8:30 AM at Ocean Deck, with the crawl starting at 10 AM. Participants receive an event t-shirt and raffle tickets for prizes with a $20 registration fee. Madam Butterfly (in Italian Madama Butterfly) is one of opera’s most enduring tales of unrequited love. Puccini’s poignant score follows the tragic tale of Cio Cio San, a young Japanese girl who falls in love with American Naval officer Pinkerton, with devastating consequences. On Saturday, February 25, from 1 PM to 5 PM on Beach Street in Downtown Daytona Beach, the Riverfront Shops of Daytona merchants will serve up a variety of craft beer tastings. Unique bacon snacks will be sold separately ($3-$5 each) at each stop.
Enjoy craft beer, savory bacon, live music, art, and more while strolling the downtown shops, bars, and restaurants. Another perfect day in Downtown Daytona Beach!!
Tickets are limited! Advance tickets are $20/person and will be available online through 11:30 PM Friday, February 24, and $25/person the day of the event until tickets are sold out.

Little Literacy Heroes 3K Fun Run/Walk

This event is the third annual fundraiser to support access to books for local children and is the perfect opportunity to stay active and engaged while supporting early literacy in Volusia County. Walk or run to support the need for increased early literacy rates and access to books in your community.
Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Volusia is a free book-gifting program available to children birth to five years old in Volusia County at no cost to their families. The program mails one high-quality, age-appropriate book to the child each month. Donations from generous community members fully fund it. All proceeds from this event will benefit the more than 3,600 local Volusia County children this program serves. This free book-gifting program currently mails books to the homes of more than 3,800 local children ages birth – 5 years old. Sign up here.

The Farmers’ Market is held every Saturday from 7 a.m. to noon. It’s a great place to buy locally-grown produce, baked goods, plants, local honey, jams and jellies, juices, handmade jewelry and craft items, Kettle Korn, meat pies, BBQ and other prepared foods, and more!
The Daytona Beach Downtown Farmers’ Market moved one block away from its former home on City Island to its new location on Magnolia Avenue, a new venue known as Market@Magnolia, between Beach Street and Palmetto Avenue.

St. Paddy’s Day Block Party, Thursday, Mach 17th, 5 – 10 pm
Downtown Daytona Beach, Beach Street
Daytona’s downtown Irish pub, McK’s Tavern, has celebrated St. Paddy’s Day with all the traditional Irish fare for 25 years. Expanding on their long-standing traditional Irish celebration, Beach Street will be closed to vehicle traffic between International Speedway Boulevard and Orange Avenue to accommodate the block party. We search community calendars to find events to feature near our offices for our What’s Happening blog series, and we are thrilled about two going on this weekend in Melbourne. The weather is not typical for Florida, and another cold front is supposed to arrive this weekend, but bundling up to help raise money for needy children and visiting a renaissance fair are two events worth dressing warm for this weekend.
Saturday, January 29, 2022, 24th Annual Tooth Trot
Here at Work Webb, we love giving back to the community paying it forward where we can, and the 24th Annual Tooth Trot going on this weekend is an annual fundraiser that helps raise funds to provide free oral care to needy children in Brevard County. This event is part of the Give Kids a Smile (GKAS) program and the Run For The Kids Race Challenge. Saturday & Sunday, January 29 – 30 2022, Brevard Renaissance Fair – Heroes of the Realm
Gather one and all for the 7th season of the Brevard Renaissance Fair in the Forest of Wickham Park in Melbourne, Florida.
An entire cast of colorful characters fills the lands with music, dancing, and more. With over 100 stage shows daily, varieties of foods and treats, and numerous artisan merchants with handcrafted wares, the Brevard Renaissance Fair invites guests to immerse themselves in a unique experience of History and Fantasy!

Little Feat By Request, The Peabody Auditorium
The Peabody Auditorium is not located near the office, but in Daytona Beach, it has a rich entertainment history and is an excellent venue. They fill their schedule with all types of performances, so please visit their website to learn more. This month, we are featuring a concert in this post – the Little Feat by Request Tour. Little Feat fuses a broad span of styles and genres into something utterly distinctive. A mix of California rock, funk, folk, jazz, country, rockabilly, New Orleans swamp boogie, and more stirred into a rich gumbo that can only be Little Feat. You can purchase tickets here.

Chili & Brew, Historic Downtown Daytona Beach
Chili & Brew is a great way to get together with friends and family to enjoy a beautiful Saturday afternoon in historic Downtown Daytona Beach.
During this progressive chili tasting event, attendees that purchase a Chili & Brew passport will visit each participating host site at their leisure and sample each host’s featured chili. Chili & Brew passports will list the participating merchants and names of their featured chili. Craft beer is sold separately.
Stroll through the Downtown Daytona Beach shops and restaurants and enjoy live music, all while sampling tasty chilis. Tickets are limited so purchase them today! The Melbourne Light Parade is a lighted night street parade bringing Businesses, Community Groups, Churches, Schools, and more together to celebrate the joys and wonders of the Holiday Season; The Melbourne Light Parade helps the less fortunate families in Brevard County. We ask that spectators bring a new unwrapped toy, nonperishable food item, or bag of dog or cat food with them. These gifts will be collected on the first float.
Space Coast Light Fest Carriage Rides, Wickham Park Melbourne, FL
December, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays @ 6:15 pm – 8:45 pm
The Space Coast Light Fest is a community event run by the youth and volunteers of the Boy Scouts of America in the Central Florida Council. Enjoy some Christmas magic as you ride through the beautiful lights on a private carriage ride for up to four adults or two adults and three children. Eau Gallie Art Festival 2021 –Saturday, November 20th – Sunday, November 21st, 10 AM – 5 PM
Eau Gallie Fine Art Festival is an extraordinary experience for the entire family. The community-oriented event features artists. All along Highland Avenue and St. Clair St., artists work en plein air. ‘Plein air’ is a term derived from the French phrase en plein air, which literally means “in the open air.” What makes ArtWorks unique is that all artists are encouraged to demonstrate during the two-day festival. Space Coast Turkey Trot 5K – November 25 @ 7:30 am – 9:30 am
Turkey Trot 5K on Thanksgiving Day at the Front Street Civic Center at the base of the Melbourne Causeway on Rt. 192. Make it a family tradition! This race benefits WestShore Jr/Sr High PTA and Fantastic 4-H. Please note – Due to the construction of the railway bridge above Melbourne Avenue, the City of Melbourne prohibited the course on Melbourne Avenue this year. Therefore, the 5K will go over the causeway and back and unfortunately, there will not be a 10K this year.

November 19th 5 to 9 – Food Truck Rally
The November 19th Food Truck Rally will have live music, plenty of free parking behind the Riverfront Shops and downtown restaurants will be open. Food Truck Rallies are family-friendly events and open to the public.
November 20th 1 to 5 pm – November Wine Walk Downtown Daytona Beach
Enjoy a fun-filled afternoon in beautiful downtown Daytona. Sip, sample, and stroll along Riverfront Park on Beach Street visiting participating merchants and tasting fine wines.
Attendees will spend the afternoon strolling through unique Downtown Daytona Beach shops visiting different merchants and enjoying live music all while sampling fine red and white wines served by participating merchants. Advance tickets are $25/person and can be purchased online at Nov-Wine-Walk.Eventbrite.com through 11:30 PM on Friday, November 19th. Tickets will also be available the day of the event at registration points for $30/person until sell out.
November 27th – Halifax Historical Museum Rod Show 3 – 11 pm
If you enjoy classic cars, then you do not want to miss the Halifax Historical Museum Rod Show. Car owners, bring your classic, pre-war, custom, pro street, muscle car, vintage auto, and antique motorcycles to this awesome event! Melbourne Municipal Band Concert
If you have missed the performances from the Melbourne Municipal Band, then you are in luck. On September 22, starting at 6:30 pm, they will perform their first concert back after the pandemic! They are performing at the Melbourne Auditorium located at 625 Hibiscus Blvd East in Melbourne. Downtown Daytona Nights Food Truck Rally
The Food Truck Rally is on Friday, August 20thm from 5 PM to 9 PM on Magnolia Avenue in downtown Daytona Beach. Food Truck Rallies are family-friendly events and open to the public. The Rally will have live music, plenty of free parking behind the Riverfront Shops, and downtown restaurants will be open. The Downtown Daytona Nights Food Truck Rally is sponsored by the Downtown Development Authority and Riverfront Shops of Daytona Beach.
Daytona Tortugas host the Palm Beach Cardinals August 17 – 22
Get your tickets today to see our own ‘Tugas take on the Cardinals in this series. It will be a Breast Cancer Awareness Night on Tuesday 8/17, presented by Radiology Associates Imaging, as Daytona players and coaches will don special pink-tinted uniforms to mark the occasion.
